At Coastal Creations, we’re committed to delivering high-quality bags and a shopping experience that’s just as sweet as our name. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you're supported every step of the way. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy to understand your rights and how we can help if you need to return or exchange an item.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Please Note:
Personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing policies.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:
- Returning the original item for a refund
- Placing a new order for the preferred item
This helps ensure you get your replacement quickly and accurately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at info@shopcoastalsigns.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only available within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, our fulfillment process begins and we cannot cancel or modify the order.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopcoastalsigns.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Coastal Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly and/or file a claim. We’re happy to assist in any way we can.
